The terms that apply when you use finreit.com or receive text messages from FINREIT Construction.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of finreit.com and related communications from FINREIT LLC, doing business as Finreit Construction (“FINREIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They are written in plain language for general information and are not legal advice.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using this website, submitting a form, or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our messaging services.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes, such as learning about our services and contacting us about a project. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, or copying content for commercial use without our written permission.

3. No contract until signed

Website content, project photos, descriptions, and any estimate, bid, proposal, or price discussed by phone, email, text, or in person are for information only. No contractual relationship is formed, and FINREIT has no obligation to perform any work, until a written construction contract is signed by both you and FINREIT. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change after site review, design, permitting, or changes in material and labor costs. The signed written contract controls over anything on this website.

4. License and credentials

FINREIT is a Florida Certified General Contractor, license CGC1533570. You can verify Florida contractor licenses through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR). Descriptions of services on this site do not guarantee that a particular project is within scope until confirmed in a written contract.

5. SMS / text message terms

Program name: FINREIT Construction Alerts.

Who sends the messages: Finreit Construction (FINREIT LLC), Tampa, Florida.

Message types: appointment and site-visit reminders, project updates and scheduling, and follow-ups on bids and estimates. Marketing or promotional messages are sent only if you have given separate consent to receive them.

Opt-in and consent: you join by giving express consent through a website form that includes a text-message consent checkbox or statement, by phone, or in person. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency: varies based on your project and requests.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time.

Help: reply HELP, call 813-403-7965, or email Projects@finreit.com.

Replying STOP ends all FINREIT Construction Alerts messages to that number. After you reply STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can rejoin at any time by contacting us.

Carriers: wireless carriers (for example, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: we do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our full Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its design, text, logos, photos, video, and code belong to FINREIT or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, reproduction, or reuse requires our written permission.

7. Disclaimers

We try to keep the website accurate and current, but it is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Project photos and descriptions show examples of past work and are not a promise of a specific result, price, or schedule. Warranties for construction work, if any, are only those stated in a signed written contract or required by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FINREIT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or our text messages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law or changes the terms of a signed construction contract.

9. Third-party links

The website may link to websites run by others, such as suppliers, partners, or map services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, unless a signed written contract between you and FINREIT says otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or our text messages after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
